   - Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

   - If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The cost depends on the courier you choose.

   - If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

How to Return

2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided label.

Refund Process

   - Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

   - Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

   - Items marked as Final Sale or on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

   - If the return is due to customer reasons, the shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

   - If the return is due to our error, the customer is not required to pay for return shipping.

Order Cancellation

   - Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

   - Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

   - If cancellation occurs before shipment and within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued.
